Design & Floor Plan Selection

Christine’s expertise in interior design allows us to help you envision your perfect floor plan. From choosing the layout and architectural details to selecting finishes and materials, we ensure that your home reflects your personal style while providing functionality and value.

Step 4

Secure Financing & Build Agreement

We’ll help you navigate the financial side of building your home, from securing financing to understanding the costs associated with the build. We’ll work with you and your lender to ensure you’re clear on your options and ready to move forward.

Step 5

Construction Phase

Once the design and financing are in place, we’ll be there every step of the way during the construction phase. We’ll regularly check in to ensure the project stays on schedule, within budget, and aligned with your vision. Our team acts as your liaison with the builder, handling all the details to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free.

Step 6

Final Walkthrough & Closing

Once your new home is complete, we’ll conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in place and up to your standards. From there, we’ll help you close on your new home, ensuring that all documentation is in order and that you’re ready to move into your dream home.
