Step 1

Consultation

Whether we meet in person or virtually, our first step is to get to know more about you, your current situation and your wants & needs as you explore buying a new home. We will help connect you with a local lender if you have not already started having financing conversations, and we will determine the best timeline to meet your goals.

We will also make sure we have a full understanding of what you are looking for in a Realtor to ensure that we are a good fit.

Step 2

Under Contract

There are a number of steps that occur once you are under contract and we will manage this for you every step of the way! Providing your earnest money is step number one, in addition to formally making a loan application now that you have a property identified.

We will work together to quickly order a home inspection and the lender, if applicable, will order the home appraisal. We work behind the scenes to order your title work and connect all parties that will be working together towards closing. While there can be some negotiation along the way, we work tirelessly to protect your best interests and to ensure a smooth transaction for all!

Step 3

Collection & Home Search

In order to make sure we capture all potential properties that may meet your needs, we will ask you lots of questions about what you are looking for and how you plan to live in your new home. We will establish a personalized collection for you to receive instant updates of new homes meeting your criteria and this platform allows us to communicate and organize your home search. We will continue to tweak your search as we learn more and view homes together and ultimately, we will find the "one" and will strategize on how to make the best offer. We will guide you through the negotiation process and once terms are mutually agreed upon, you will officially be under contract!

Step 4

Close On Your New Home

The day has finally arrived for you to get your keys & move in! In preparation for this, you will be finalizing all of your loan requirements with your lender and we can be as involved as you would like during this process. You will need to hire movers, get packing, initiate utilities in your name and we will have a final walk through at the home. Closing is an exciting time and we will be there with you to celebrate and answer any and all questions that you have now or after move-in!
